That’s what most people are going to tell you. You want to start a business, you want to chase a dream, you are actually thinking of breaking the mold and becoming a unique being? You must be crazy… good, cause that’s the first step.

It’s can be hard to find support when going out on a limb. You want to venture out in the world and get what’s yours. Most people want to stay home safe and sound. Big risk, big reward, little risk, boring, monotonous, stagnated life.

Stop procrastinating and take that blind leap, if you break a leg you’ll at least have a story to tell and more experience for the next step. If you succeed you’ll be smiling all the way to bank, beach house in the Hamptons, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, home in Star Island or whatever your goal is.

If you listen to others and follow their advice then you’ll be stuck in the same type of life as them (not saying that’s a bad thing). If you want something different, if you want more then you have to listen to yourself and do what you want.

What do you want? Become a millionaire? Start thinking of business ideas for a niche you love and form a part of (or wish to form a part of). Want to surf all over the world? Buy the next ticket to Cabarete, Dominican Republic. Or is music more your thing? Then pick a music city that best suits you and check out the local scene.

My point is simple, most people will not admit the fact they don’t want you to chase your dreams because they didn’t have to guts to chase theirs. If you try and fail, at least you tried and have a story to tell. Woodstock ended but the memories live on in the stories of those who went there.

What you’re living right now will one day be a memory… What do you want to remember?
